Job Description

As an IT Sales Manager, your role will involve shaping the sales organization and scaling revenue to the next level. You will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building a team of Account Executives and SDR's across enterprise and mid-market sales. You should be enthusiastic about selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, and surpassing the competition in head-to-head opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals. - Assist in developing the sales plan, preparing forecasts, and KPI reporting for sales leaders, CRO, and upper management. - Land and expand by building a process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion. - Evangelize the product and actively contribute to closing the largest deals. - Collaborate across teams, including Engineering, Product, and Marketing. - Establish inbound lead requirements to meet your sales objectives. - Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. - Establish and nurture partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally. **Skills and Qualifications:** - 7 years of relevant sales experience, including managing SDR and AE functions, with a track record of exceeding quota. - Mandatory relevant experience in US Sales. - Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to coach others. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, utilizing data and metrics to support assumptions and drive actions. - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail, and multitasking capability. - Strong leadership and team-building skills.,
