Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Employee at Career-Unlock, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Employee will be responsible for prospecting and building relationships with potential clients, presenting Career-Unlock’s services, and driving customer engagement. The role involves conducting sales presentations, converting leads, achieving sales targets, and working collaboratively with various teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Communication and negotiation skills are key for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Sales, Relationship Management, and Negotiation techniques
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills to engage with clients effectively
• Skills in Customer Service and Client Retention to build and manage long-term relationships
• Goal-oriented, with an ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Team collaboration and problem-solving capability
• Prior experience in sales or a related field is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and local languages is preferred
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
