Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Employee for a full-time, on-site role located in Bhavnagar. The primary responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining client records, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retain clients. Qualifications Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Sales and negotiation skills to achieve targets and close deals Proficiency in time management, organization, and conducting presentations Prior experience in sales, client relationship management, or customer service Adaptability and the ability to work well in a dynamic environment Comfortable working on-site and interacting with diverse clients in person Knowledge of the hospitality industry or hotel management systems is an added advantage A degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
