As a Sales Director for WovVTech, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic plans to sell our products and technology services. We are seeking individuals with a competitive spirit, strong personal drive, and a proven track record of success in sales. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in achieving sales targets in SaaS-based product sales and cloud-based software solution services within both international and domestic markets. Your responsibilities will include generating, qualifying, and closing opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle. You will leverage your in-depth understanding of complex technology needs to address business challenges effectively. In addition, you will be tasked with building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects, nurturing relationships with potential customers, and identifying solutions to their pain points. To excel in this role, you must be adept at making informed business decisions based on quantifiable information. You will create and deliver proposals to stakeholders, aligning our services with their strategic needs and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Meeting or exceeding sales targets will be a key performance indicator for this position. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in consultative selling, particularly in technology solutions for mid-market companies. You should possess a strong understanding of cloud, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS capabilities, along with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and developing new customer leads. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and solve problems will be essential in driving sales success. In addition to your sales acumen, you should demonstrate technical proficiency, effective communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
