Role Overview:

Business Development Manager / Sales Director (NN Business)


Key Responsibilities:

US Market Sales:

  • Drive end-to-end sales of

    Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Hybrid Cloud)

    in the

    US market

    , including target account identification, pipeline development, and deal closures.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop and execute effective

    GTM strategies

    to acquire new clients and expand Cloud service offerings across industries.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with

    CXO/VP-level stakeholders

    , positioning

    NN Business

    as a

    trusted Cloud advisor and strategic partner

    .

Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets for Cloud services, managing the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation to closure and account growth.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with

    Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams

    to craft customized solutions, develop winning proposals, and ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience:

    Minimum

    8+ years

    in

    IT Services Sales

    , with proven success in

    Cloud Technologies sales

    in the

    US market

    .
  • Past Roles:

    Experience as

    BDM, Sales Director, or VP – Sales

    , preferably with

    technical or solution-based selling

    exposure.
  • GTM Expertise:

    Demonstrated success in

    developing and executing go-to-market strategies

    for Cloud services.
  • Client Engagement:

    Strong ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with

    CXO/VP-level clients

    using a

    consultative selling approach

    .
  • Technical Proficiency:

    In-depth understanding of

    AWS, Azure, GCP, and Hybrid/Multi-Cloud architectures

    , with awareness of emerging

    industry cloud trends

    .
  • Communication:

    Excellent

    presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management

    skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in

    Cloud transformation and migration projects
