As a Sales Director Software Services at Flexsin, your role is crucial in achieving set sales targets for the organization by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. You will utilize consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and challenges for software application development across Web, Mobile & Cloud platforms. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Hunter Mindset:** Expertise in sales hunting, connecting with established businesses and prospects to influence revenue generation. - **Big-Ticket Sales Closure Expertise:** Proven record of independently closing multi-million sales deals and acquiring new business deals. - **Client Acquisition Strategy:** Develop and drive the client acquisition strategy, including identifying prospects, qualifying them, and strategy development. - **Solution Expertise:** Knowledge of Enterprise solutions from Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, etc., to better understand client requirements and prepare proposals. - **Technology Awareness:** Solid understanding of front-end and back-end programming languages, application architecture, databases, and emerging technologies. - **End-to-End Sales Process Exposure:** From identifying prospects to negotiation, business closure, and account management. - **Strong Networking Skills:** Leverage network connections to convert discussions into business opportunities. - **Identifying Decision Makers:** Ability to connect with CXOs and decision-makers to build fruitful relationships. - **Sales Skills:** Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on exceeding goals. - **Contemporary Sales Practices:** Understanding novel approaches to lead generation and conversion. - **Goal-oriented:** Capability to strategize, set goals, and effectively execute sales plans. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of Business Development experience in Software Services. - Masters Degree in Management and Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech/BE). - Experience in handling sales in the US geography. - In-depth understanding of software technologies and enterprise solutions. - Excellent communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and negotiations. - Expertise in closing deals, managing sales cycles, and negotiating contracts. - Ability to lead, motivate a team, manage multiple accounts, and drive results. - Proficiency in strategic planning, market data analysis, and solving business challenges. - Familiarity with CRM systems and business development tools. - Strong capability in interpreting market data, evaluating performance metrics, and making informed decisions. - Effective at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and executing business initiatives. - Adaptability to changing market conditions, embracing new ideas, and driving innovation.,
