About the role

We are seeking an energetic and motivated SDR to support our mission. This is a full-time role that

involves active outbound calling.

Responsibilities

* Engage with potential customers by making outbound calls to leads generated through our

marketing efforts

* Understand user needs and explain how ompany services can benefit them and their

families.

* Educate customers about our healthcare solutions and address their questions.

* Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead

conversion rates.

* Support marketing and sales initiatives by developing presentations and materials.

* Collaborate with the team to enhance customer engagement strategies.

* Conduct Market Research at scheduled intervals to gather insights

* Increase Customer Retention amongst existing users

Qualifications

* Strong communication and listening skills.

* A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach to work.

* Ability to work independently while being a team player.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

* Interest in sales and healthcare technology.

* Experience in a similar role of about 3-5 years.
