Job Description

Position overview As a Sales Development Representative you drive growth for the company by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities for our commercial organization globally. You build a qualified sales funnel through proactive outreach, value proposition communication, and strategic discovery sessions with decision-makers at established and fast growing companies. Key responsibilities Research, identify, and qualify potential customers through multiple channels including social selling, cold-calling, and email outreach Conduct thorough market research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations Collect and analyze relevant business information and market intelligence to inform target strategies Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM and automation tools Execute strategic outreach campaigns to engage potential customers and schedule discovery calls Articulate the companys value proposition effectively to diverse audiences Manage objections professionally and align solutions with customer needs Collaborate with the commercial and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and share best practices Document all prospective activities and lead interactions, reporting on lead generation activities and conversion metrics Core competencies Giving support, focusing on customers, embracing technology, managing self-development (globally aligned; apply to all jobs) Leadership competencies N/A no people management accountabilities Functional competencies Expertise in lead generation Proficiency in research and market analysis, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly Excellent written and oral communication with the ability to articulate complex topic simply Proven ability to engage and influence decision-makers Proficient with CRM systems and marketing automation tools Innovative approach to overcoming obstacles and identifying opportunities Ability to maintain a positive attitude and persistence in face of challenges
