Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager / Property Manager to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of the property, ensuring a smooth guest experience and managing daily operations efficiently. You will oversee front desk functions, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and ensure guest satisfaction at every level. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects. Identify and understand customer needs, and tailor solutions to match their requirements. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services to address customer inquiries. Utilize strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our products/services. Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Continuously improve sales techniques through ongoing training and self-development. Provide regular reports on call outcomes, sales conversions, and key performance indicators.
