We are hiring Sales Development Representatives for cold outbound calling to US healthcare practices. This is a performance-driven role focused on real conversations, objection handling, and meeting booking. This is not a script-reading position.


Role Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new opportunities within the US market. You will engage US clinics through cold calls, clearly explain our offering, handle objections, and schedule qualified meetings for senior sales. This full-time position involves contacting potential leads, initiating conversations, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth. Responsibilities include generating and managing leads, conducting outreach efforts, and collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored solutions for clients. This is an on-site role located in Mangalagiri.


Key Responsibilities


  • Make cold outbound calls to US clinics and medical practices
  • Communicate clearly in professional US business English
  • Handle objections related to time, pricing, and relevance
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings
  • Leave professional voicemails
  • Send concise follow-up emails
  • Update call outcomes in CRM


Qualifications

  • Proficient in Inside Sales and Lead Generation strategies
  • Strong skills in Sales and Business Development with the ability to handle client negotiations effectively

Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation

  • Accent must be easily understandable to US customers
  • Ability to respond naturally without relying on scripts
  • Comfortable discussing value and pricing
  • Confidence speaking with doctors, office managers, and owners
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
  • High level of self-motivation with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology products or prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to achieve targets
