If you're passionate about sustainability and love cracking deals, this is where you belong. What You’ll Do As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your job is to identify, qualify, and engage leads who are ready to take water sustainability seriously. Key Responsibilities: Identify high-potential B2B prospects (industries, IT parks, commercial buildings) Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn — and get responses that convert Qualify leads and set up discovery meetings for the Sales/BD team Work closely with marketing to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns Maintain and update CRM with activity and insights Follow up and nurture leads through the sales funnel What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales / business development (preferably B2B) Strong communication & negotiation skills A go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, impact-driven startup Passionate about climate, water, and sustainability Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus Why Join Us?
