Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential healthcare providers, clinics, and institutions as prospective customers.
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms to generate interest and schedule product demos.
• Educate leads about Swaasa’s value proposition and how it enhances respiratory diagnostics.
• Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align messaging and feedback loops.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging healthcare tech needs.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or any relevant field (2023/2024 graduates preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in healthcare innovation and SaaS sales.
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven approach to work.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales outreach processes is a plus.
