Sales Development Representative

You will be joining our dynamic sales team in India as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), where your primary focus will be on generating new business leads, conducting product demos, and initiating the sales process through proactive outreach and engagement strategies. Your key responsibilities will include utilizing various tools and techniques for lead generation, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. You will also be responsible for assessing the potential of leads, conducting product demonstrations, executing targeted outreach campaigns, scheduling meetings and demonstrations for qualified leads, and maintaining accurate records within HubSpot CRM. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and tactics based on market feedback and results. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or related role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with proficiency in Hindi language as an added advantage. You should possess high energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to deliver consistent new business leads. Technical proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot, and familiarity with sales automation tools are also required.
