The Role We’re looking for a GTM Engineer — part systems architect, part automation expert, part problem-solver. You’ll design, build, and optimize end-to-end GTM workflows that connect tools, teams, and data into a seamless growth engine. Your work will directly impact how our clients generate demand, manage pipeline, and scale revenue. One week you might be integrating an AI prospecting agent with a CRM, the next you could be automating a content distribution system or building an attribution dashboard. Key Responsibilities: Design & Implement GTM Systems – Architect marketing, sales, and customer success workflows for efficiency and scale. Build AI-Enabled Automations – Deploy and integrate AI agents, data enrichment, and workflow automations. Integrate Tools & Data – Connect CRMs, marketing automation platforms, analytics, and third-party APIs. Optimize & Troubleshoot – Continuously improve performance, scalability, and usability of systems. Collaborate Across Functions – Work with strategy, creative, and operations teams to ensure alignment. Analyze & Report – Build dashboards and deliver insights to inform GTM decision-making. Qualifications Proven experience in GTM systems, RevOps, marketing automation, or sales operations . Must-have tool expertise : Clay – data enrichment, research automation, ICP targeting. n8n, Make (Integromat) – multi-step automation building and API integrations. Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and outbound sequencing tools (Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, Outreach). Familiarity with prospecting & scraping tools (Phantombuster) and AI-enabled tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, custom AI agents). Comfortable with data visualization & analytics (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Looker). Understanding of B2B marketing, sales funnels, and customer success workflows . Problem-solving mindset with the ability to design solutions from scratch. Excellent communication skills and comfort working in remote, asynchronous environments.

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various sales techniques. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, conducting outreach via phone and email, scheduling meetings, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. The role also involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and optimize sales processes. Qualifications SDR Experience of minimum 3 to 5 years Proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales techniques Strong skills in Lead Generation and Business Development Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in B2B sales or related fields is a plus Experience and Understanding of the GTM space Being able to book 10 to 20 calls a month The job is commission based.
