Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive, street-smart female SDR who’s motivated by challenges and passionate about technology. You will identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, acting as the crucial link between leads and our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Proactively source and identify potential clients through online research, networking, and field outreach.

Initiate contact via calls, LinkedIn, emails, and events, adapting approach for different personas.

Qualify prospects based on their business needs, technical backgrounds, and readiness to engage.

Book meetings and demos for senior sales managers, managing early relationship-building.

Maintain accurate records in CRM, update outreach status, and support follow-ups.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and find creative outreach opportunities.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or proven strong computer/tech literacy).

Street-smart, resourceful, and able to engage decision-makers confidently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for digital platforms.

Quick learner, adaptive, and able to think on your feet in dynamic situations.

Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM, LinkedIn, and remote engagement tools.

Self-starter with high energy and a passion for results.
