Sales Development Representative (Female)

Mindra Care is an online platform offering professional consultations for anxiety, depression, stress, and overall mental wellness. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support client acquisition, outreach, and platform growth. Female candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
• Promote Mindra Care’s services to individuals, corporates, HR teams, and wellness programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with therapists, counsellors, and healthcare partners.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
• Support onboarding of new users and ensure a smooth consultation experience.
• Assist with outreach activities, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain records of leads, conversions, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Provide excellent customer communication and resolve basic queries.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
• Hospital or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confident personality.
• Ability to meet monthly targets and work independently.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
