Role Overview:
We’re looking for an SDR who can independently build, execute, and optimise outbound campaigns via Email and LinkedIn, targeting decision-makers in the global logistics ecosystem.
You will own the outbound funnel end-to-end and drive qualified demo bookings.
Key Responsibilities
~ Build outbound campaigns (Email + LinkedIn) targeting our ICPs:
~ Freight Forwarders (India, US, UK, EU, Australia, NZ, Far East)
~ Exporters & Importers (Pharma, Chemicals, Manufacturing – India)
~ Create, test, and optimise multi-step outreach sequences
~ Set up and manage tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Expandi, Sales Navigator
~ Scrape and enrich contact lists using Apollo, LinkedIn, or similar tools
~ Handle domain & inbox warm-up, deliverability, and campaign health
~ Qualify inbound responses and hand over sales-ready leads for demo scheduling
~ Track and report weekly metrics: opens, replies, qualified leads, demo bookings
What You Must Bring:
~ 2–4 years of outbound lead generation experience in B2B SaaS
~ Strong copywriting skills — short, crisp, conversion-focused messaging
~ Hands-on experience with email & LinkedIn automation tools
~ Solid understanding of cold outreach fundamentals (warm-up, personalisation, list hygiene)
Bonus: Prior exposure to freight forwarding or global logistics
Performance Metrics:
4–5 qualified demos per week
10–15% open rate, 3–5% reply rate (Email)
100–200 LinkedIn connections per week with engagement
