Sales Development Manager

If you are passionate about skincare and believe in the magic of chemistry between ingredients, ideas, and people, you are in the right place. - Design and implement training modules for Sales Officers (SOs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and frontline field force - Collaborate with HR and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to identify capability gaps and conduct gap analysis - Introduce on-the-job coaching tools and tracking mechanisms for continuous development - Take ownership of sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as distribution, call productivity, strike rate, and bill cut efficiency - Develop and establish performance trackers, dashboards, and scorecards at both regional and national levels - Assist in the execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) projects to ensure effective implementation at the frontline - Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain Management) for cohesive sales strategies - Lead productivity enhancement pilots including cluster models and beat optimization - Establish standardized Sales Operating Processes (SOPs) across different zones/regions - Work closely with IT/Tech teams to automate and digitize sales tools such as DMS and Bizom - Ensure the adoption and compliance of sales systems throughout the organizational hierarchy Qualifications & Experience: - MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutes - 4-8 years of experience with expertise in Go-To-Market (GTM), Sales Strategy, and Field Execution - Strong understanding of GT/MT operations, field realities, and sales automation tools Location: Thane, Mumbai As a part of the team at Plum, you will be focused on celebrating the chemistry within the product and with customers, known as Plumsters.
