We are hiring for Sales Development Manager Banca Channel with HDFC Life. The role involves driving sales of life insurance products through partner bank branches by managing relationships, training bank staff, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by selling life insurance products through assigned bank branches.
• Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers to generate business.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and joint calls with bank employees.
• Train, motivate, and support bank staff in selling insurance products.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• 15 years of sales experience ( Insurance / Financial Services preferred).
• Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
• Age: Up to 40 years.
