Sales Development Manager

At 3SL Media Labs, we don’t just offer social media services — we are a Growth Marketing Lab helping businesses scale through strategy, content, performance marketing, and sales consulting.

We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional who is bold, self-initiated, and ready to hunt for leads in the market, meet decision-makers, and close deals confidently.

Your Role:

• Independently identify and visit potential businesses to pitch our growth marketing services
• Generate leads and convert them into paid clients (₹30K+ packages)
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Aggressively follow up, close sales, and achieve monthly targets
• Represent 3SL Media Labs in the market with confidence and credibility
• Provide feedback and insights to improve services and pitches

You Must Have:

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in marketing, IT, media, or SaaS services)
• Proven ability to close B2B deals independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English
• Strong local market knowledge and networking ability
• High level of self-motivation and accountability
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
