Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    revenue generation

    through proactive sales development initiatives.
  • Identify and acquire

    new customers

    across target industries and geographies.
  • Maintain and enhance

    relationships with existing customers

    to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver

    customer-centric solutions

    .
  • Gather and analyze

    market intelligence

    to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
  • Ensure

    high customer satisfaction

    through timely support, issue resolution, and value delivery.
  • Develop and implement

    sales strategies, plans, and pipelines

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Materials/Production preferred); MBA or

    Executive MBA

    in Marketing/Sales will be an advantage.
  • 6–12 years of experience in

    industrial sales, business development, or customer acquisition

    , preferably in the steel/metals/materials industry.
  • Proven track record in

    revenue generation and new customer development

    .
  • Strong experience in

    B2B sales, stakeholder engagement, and solution selling

    .
