Location:- Angamaly (Ernakulam)

Salary :15kto 20K

Experience :- 1 yrs to 2 yrs

• Handle client inquiries and provide guidance on immigration services via phone, email, or in-person.
• Advise clients on visa options, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Achieve individual and team sales/revenue targets.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients
• Understand customer needs and effectively pitch tailored products/services to meet their requirements.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong customer database to increase conversion rates.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
• Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
• Previous experience in Tele-sales or customer Sales is an advantage
• Experience in selling banking products (e.g., Credit/ Insurance/ Loans/Real Estate/Automobile sales) will be a plus.
