Sales Design Consultant

The role involves meeting individual and team targets for net-new revenue, new mandates, and meetings. You will be responsible for growing the pipeline of new sales and incremental business across the allocated client portfolio. Serving as a point of escalation for clients and Client Service teams, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class service is crucial. Interacting with clients, potential leads, and staying updated on the latest market trends and advancements are key aspects of the role. As part of the responsibilities, you will participate in client and design team meetings, close sales leads, create Bill of Quantities (BOQ), understand client requirements, assist with material selection, and conduct site visits. The successful candidate should possess good communication and convincing skills, be adept at client management, and have knowledge of materials used in interior work. An educational qualification of B.Arch/B.ID/Diploma in Interior Design/M.Arch is required, and experience in an interior design firm in a sales profile will be advantageous.,
