Interior Sales & Relationship Executive

You will be joining a dynamic team at Reminiscent Interior Design, a fast-growing start-up based in Bengaluru, India. Our focus is on delivering customized and cost-effective interior design solutions that bring your imagination to life. We have successfully completed numerous projects and are dedicated to simplifying the interior design experience. As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include meeting individual and team targets for net-new revenue, new mandates, and meetings. You will be expected to grow the pipeline of new sales and incremental business across your client portfolio. Acting as a point of escalation for clients and Client Service teams, you will ensure the delivery of best-in-class service at all times. Your role will also involve interacting with clients and potential leads, outlining business propositions, identifying product and service gaps, creating customer segmentation, and staying up-to-date on the latest market trends. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design such as B.Sc. ID or B.Des, a Master's degree like M.Sc. or M.Des, or a Diploma in Interior Design. Alternatively, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) will also be considered. A minimum of 1 year of experience in an Interior Design firm in a Sales profile is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and convincing skills, along with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
