We are working towards a one-of-a-kind, complete simplification of the interior design experience. We are hiring a Factory Manager as a part of our growing team. This opportunity will give you an open platform for showcasing your talents and for learning new skills. Roles & Responsibilities-: Production Management: Planning and coordinating production, managing inventory, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality control. Team Management: Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating production staff, including assemblers, packers, and equipment operators. R esource Allocation: Managing equipment, personnel, and other resources to meet production demands and maintain standards. Budget Management: Developing and monitoring production budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing strategies to reduce expenses. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring a safe working environment, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Reporting and Communication: Preparing production reports for senior management and communicating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and other departments. Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in production processes, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Qualification-: ● Strong leadership and communication skills. ● Experience in manufacturing processes and production management. ● Ability to manage teams, allocate resources, and make data-driven decisions. ● Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements. ● Problem-solving and analytical skills. ● Technical expertise relevant to the specific manufacturing industry. Office Timings-: ● 9:30-6:30 pm
