As a Sales cum Service Engineer at Lift Tech Equipments, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support, conducting installations and maintenance, and supporting the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth nationwide. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing installation, maintenance, and repair of Material Handling Equipment at various client sites. - Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues effectively and efficiently. - Supporting the sales team by addressing customer queries and providing technical expertise during client interactions. - Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients, as required. - Maintaining detailed documentation of service activities and providing reports to management. - Ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns to uphold high service standards. - Staying updated on the latest product features and technical advancements to provide informed support. - Traveling to multiple client sites to ensure comprehensive service coverage and support. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field. - 2-5 years of experience in service engineering or a similar role. - Strong technical knowledge of Material Handling Equipments. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and the sales team. - Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to multiple sites.
