Key Responsibilities Need to travel to Thalasserry office twice a month or when required. Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, contracts, etc.) Handle employee onboarding and exit processes Support recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interview scheduling Manage HR documentation, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Assist in payroll coordination and statutory submissions (PF, ESI, etc.) Organize and support employee engagement activities Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors Handle internal communication and coordination across departments Provide general administrative support to the HR and management team Conduct online meetings Coordinate with sales team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Howmany years of experience in Sales related activities?
