Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance our CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to support lead and sales lifecycle
• Work cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing to align CRM strategies with business goals
• Build and maintain dashboards, workflows, and automated campaigns
• Ensure CRM data is clean, accurate, and actionable
• Train internal teams on CRM best practices and support troubleshooting
• Generate performance reports and provide insights to optimize sales efforts

We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Sales CRM / Client Relationship Management
• Proficiency with tools like

  Salesforce

  , HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and CRM analytics
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
