Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced EdTech Counselor to guide students and parents in choosing the right courses, drive sales, and build long-term relationships with learners. As an Associate, you'll:

- Counsel students and parents to recommend suitable courses based on career goals

- Convert inbound/outbound leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets

- Build rapport and maintain relationships with learners

- Handle queries related to programs, fees, and learning outcomes

- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular feedback to improve sales pitch and learner experience

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Counselor/BD Executive/Academic Advisor in EdTech

- Strong track record of achieving/enhancing sales and conversion rates

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills

- Ability to understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs

- Comfortable with sales targets and fast-paced EdTech environment

- Familiarity with CRM tools and EdTech sales processes
