Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Counselor. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing detailed information about our services, and guiding them through the decision-making process. Day-to-day tasks will include managing client inquiries, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with the medical team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
