Sales Counselor

As a Sales Counsellor based in Kochi, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in guiding potential clients, understanding their IT requirements, and recommending suitable products or services. Your primary goal will be achieving sales targets while building strong relationships with customers. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Engage with prospective clients to understand their IT needs and offer appropriate solutions. - Promote and sell IT products/services through effective counselling and consultation. - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and pricing to clients. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. - Keep abreast of the latest IT trends, products, and competitor offerings. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year experience in IT sales, counselling, or business development. - Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools would be advantageous.
