Sales Counselor

We are looking for an energetic and empathetic Counselling Sales Executive who can guide students/clients, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments/sales. The role combines counselling skills with sales abilities to achieve individual and team targets. Key Responsibilities • Counsel students/clients about courses, programs, or services based on their needs and interests • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins • Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally about the programs/product. • Follow up with leads and maintain a proper database of prospects • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with students/clients • Resolve queries, concerns, and objections in a confident manner • Update CRM with accurate information about interactions • Participate in promotional activities, events, and fairs Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good convincing and negotiation ability • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email tools) • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset • Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions • Minimum qualification: Graduation (Preferred) • Experience in counselling or sales is an advantage
