Job Title: Sales Counselor – Sakhiya Skin Clinic
Location: AHMEDABAD
Department: Sales & Patient Relations
Reports To: FLOOR MANAGER / Clinic Head

Job Summary

The Sales Counselor will be responsible for guiding patients on suitable skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments, explaining packages, converting inquiries into confirmed treatments, and ensuring excellent patient experience. The role requires strong communication, sales ability, and empathy towards clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel patients about skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments based on doctor’s recommendation
• Explain treatment plans, packages, and pricing clearly to patients
• Convert walk-in and online inquiries into treatment packages
• Follow up with leads and pending patients regularly
• Maintain daily sales records and update CRM software
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front-desk team
• Achieve monthly revenue targets
• Handle patient concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant treatments
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/counseling (clinic/healthcare/beauty industry preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Customer-centric attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
• Good grooming and professional appearance
