StaffAnchor is hiring Sales Counselors for a leading Ed-tech company based in Noida.

What You Will Do

  • Speak with learners to understand their goals
  • Recommend suitable upskilling programs
  • Engage in meaningful conversations that build trust
  • Handle queries and objections effectively
  • Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates


What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent English communication (mandatory)
  • 1–4 years of experience, including 6–12 months in EdTech sales
  • Graduate degree (mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and collaborative
  • Comfortable working 6 days a week
