Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Sales Counselor. As a Sales Counselor, you will engage with prospective students, understand their educational needs, provide accurate information on course offerings, and guide them toward suitable programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, maintaining regular follow-ups, collaborating with the admissions team, and achieving enrollment targets. Building strong relationships with students and supporting their decision-making process are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and counsel students effectively
• Experience in sales, customer service, or academic counseling
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate records of client interactions
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed enrollment targets
• Knowledge of educational trends and familiarity with skill-based training programs is advantageous
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional language skills are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Education, or related fields preferred
