Sales Counsellor

You will be responsible for achieving the Retail B2C business targets on a monthly basis. This will involve generating revenue-generating leads and planning as well as executing various sales activities. You will need to fix appointments and conduct counseling sessions daily, including follow-up sessions. It is essential to continuously learn and upgrade your product knowledge and sales skills to meet and exceed growing sales targets. Additionally, preparing and submitting reports on a daily basis and possessing extensive tele-calling and lead generation skills are crucial for this role. Desired Profile of the Candidate: - Possess basic knowledge of MS Office & Windows - Keen to learn and upgrade product knowledge for better sales performance - Enthusiastic and dedicated to achieving and exceeding business targets - Thrive in a fast-paced startup work environment - Good communication skills in English and the regional language with a professional presentation - Willingness to travel within the city for school/college/university visits - Must have a go-getter attitude towards leads and revenue generation - Excellent selling and negotiation skills - This is an individual contributor role and not a supervisor role Experience: - Ideally 1-2 years of B2C sales experience - Freshers need not apply - Previous experience in the educational industry is an added advantage Qualification: - Any Graduate/Post-Graduate Applicants should be residing within the main Kolkata city. The job involves a 6-day work week at the office with 1 rotational off on any weekday, considering weekends as working days.
