Sales Counsellor

Role & responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales (core responsibility)
• Handle and nurture leads using CRM systems to ensure systematic follow ups
• Understand client requirements and guide them through suitable healthcare registration pathways.
• Provide accurate information about registration processes, documentation, and service packages.
• Follow up with prospective leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high conversion rates
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
• Update and manage lead status, remarks, and activity logs in CRM accurately
• Coordinate with documentation and processing teams for smooth client onboarding

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales counselling or lead conversion (preferably education/overseas consultancy)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Language Proficiency (Mandatory):
• English - Fluent
• Hindi - Strong conversational ability

Technical Skills:

• CRM handling (mandatory)
• MS Word
• Email handling
• Ability to handle clients of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds
• Target oriented mindset with strong follow up skills

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in healthcare / overseas registration counselling is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Australian, UK, or Ireland healthcare licensing process is a plus
• Professional attitude with customer centric approach
• Excellent persuasion and interpersonal skills
