Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales.
  • Strong lead generation skills with ability to meet targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
