The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling incoming inquiries, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and providing information about our services. The Telecaller will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support their efforts and contribute to the development of client relationships. Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and forecasts. Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for existing customers. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales. Strong lead generation skills with ability to meet targets consistently. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
Roles and Responsibilities Ensure timely completion of civil construction projects within budget and quality standards. Oversee site execution, management, and supervision to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes. Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and resources allocated to each project.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and journals. Support in processing invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow regularly. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc., if applicable). Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure timely and accurate filing of financial documents. Liaise with auditors, vendors, and other departments as needed. Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager/Accountant. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. experience (03 years) as an Accounts Assistant, Junior Accountant, or similar role. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data.
