Job Description

Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator cum Telecaller (Female) will support the Sales & Marketing team by managing client communication, coordinating inquiries, and assisting in order processing, documentation, and marketing activities. The role requires a proactive communicator with excellent coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills, along with a basic understanding of digital marketing and social media activities. --- Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email; follow up with prospective clients and distributors. Coordinate between sales, service, and production teams for smooth order execution. Maintain and update CRM databases, client lists, and inquiry records. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation as per client requirements. Schedule client meetings, prepare follow-up reports, and support field sales representatives. Communicate dispatch details, delivery timelines, and payment reminders to clients. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media posts, campaigns, and promotional activities. Contribute ideas for blog topics, social media content, and assist in basic marketing coordination tasks.
