Role Description

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and responding to incoming calls, messages, and email inquiries.
Forwarding relevant leads or requests to the concerned department (Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, etc.).
Maintaining and updating inquiry logs and customer databases.
Handling the company’s info email and ensuring timely responses.
Coordinating between departments to ensure smooth workflow and follow-up on client requirements.
Assisting the management team with documentation, quotations, or correspondence when needed.
Representing the company professionally as the first point of contact for customers and partners.
