Role Description The Business Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for all company inquiries received through platforms such as LinkedIn, IndiaMART, website, and company email . This person will ensure smooth communication and coordination between external clients and internal departments. Key responsibilities include: Managing and responding to incoming calls, messages, and email inquiries. Forwarding relevant leads or requests to the concerned department (Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, etc.). Maintaining and updating inquiry logs and customer databases. Handling the company’s info email and ensuring timely responses. Coordinating between departments to ensure smooth workflow and follow-up on client requirements. Assisting the management team with documentation, quotations, or correspondence when needed. Representing the company professionally as the first point of contact for customers and partners. Qualifications Education: Relevant degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field Experience: 0–3 years in a coordination, front office, or customer relations role (fresh graduates may also apply). Skills Required: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Comfortable using online business platforms such as IndiaMART and LinkedIn. Professional, courteous, and proactive in follow-ups. Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
