Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Sales Consultant, located in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on the best technology solutions, maintaining customer satisfaction, delivering consultancy services, and communicating effectively with clients to meet their needs. Day-to-day tasks will include sales strategy development, client meetings, product demonstrations, and after-sales customer support.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience in the technology or AI industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
