Sales Tracking: Monitor and track sales performance in the Maharashtra division.
Production Coordination: Collaborate with the production team based on forecasts provided by the marketing team to ensure timely product availability.
Dispatch Coordination: Work closely with the dispatch department to ensure timely dispatch of products. Confirm dispatches and maintain detailed dispatch reports.
Tour Plan Management: Keep a record of the marketing team s tour plans, validate details, and ensure smooth coordination.
SAP Operations: Place sales orders in SAP and confirm dispatch completion.
Data Analysis: Maintain and analyze dispatch reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Reporting: Report to the concerned authority on sales, dispatch, and collection statuses.
Collection Management: Monitor collections from dealers and retailers, and maintain detailed dealer statements and dispatch records.
TA/DA Management: Verify and submit Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) claims to accounts for clearance.
New Joinee Induction: Conduct inductions for new joiners and provide them with market details.
Invoice Verification: Verify invoices and ensure accuracy.
Credit Note Processing: Work on credit notes and ensure proper documentation and approval.
Scheme Management: Assist in the implementation and tracking of sales schemes.
Godown Billing: Oversee godown billing processes.

Skills Required:

Bachelors degree in any stream.
Proven experience in a sales coordination or similar role, preferably in the fertilizer or related industry.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
