Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and provide timely updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales orders, and communication logs.
Coordinate with internal teams such as accounts, logistics, and production to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Track pending orders and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation as required.
Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and other necessary documents.
Follow up with customers for payments, feedback, and after-sales support.
Assist in achieving sales targets by providing backend support to the sales team.
Handle general administrative tasks related to sales coordination
