Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:
Assist in processing and tracking sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Coordination:
Collaborate with the production and inventory teams to schedule orders, monitor stock levels, and ensure smooth execution.
Customer Support:
Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and provide updates on quotations, deliveries, and payments.
Quotation & Payment Follow-up:
Support the preparation of sales quotations and follow up on pending payments to maintain positive cash flow.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate sales records, update databases, and organize relevant documentation to support efficient sales operations.
Reporting:
Assist in preparing regular sales reports and performance summaries for management review.
