Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate meetings or calls with the nearest

available sales executive.

  • Maintain a schedule of all client meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
  • Update and track client interactions in CRM or internal tools.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in basic documentation and communication material preparation (like meeting

agendas, call briefs).

  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on coordination effectiveness and gaps.

Pre-requisites:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any

relevant field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Comfortable with phone and email communication.
  • Proactive, people-friendly, and a team player.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
