Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, your role involves providing essential support to the field sales team. You will be the key point of contact for both colleagues and customers, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate the sales team's schedules, manage important documents, and relay relevant information efficiently - Verify the availability of necessary sales-related equipment and materials - Address customer complaints and offer after-sales assistance as needed - Organize and store financial and non-financial data electronically, and generate reports - Process all orders accurately and in a timely manner - Proactively communicate any unexpected delays or issues to clients - Monitor the team's progress, identify areas for improvement, and suggest enhancements - Create and deliver quotations and proposals to customers - Conduct regular follow-ups on submitted quotations and proposals **Qualifications Required:** - 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, with a background as a sales coordinator or in similar administrative roles preferred - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Strong English language skills - Exceptional organizational abilities and problem-solving aptitude - Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities - Team player with a strong commitment to teamwork - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field This role offers you the opportunity to leverage your sales coordination skills in a dynamic environment, where your contributions will directly impact the success of the sales team.,
