Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at our company specializing in Customized conveyor chains, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Following up with customers for Purchase Order (PO), delivery confirmation, or queries. - Raising Sales Orders (SO) in the system after verifying PO details. - Sharing SO and delivery timeline with the production planning or dispatch team. - Maintaining and updating customer master data, sales pipeline, and lead records in CRM. - Coordinating with the dispatch team for shipment status and delivery confirmation. - Ensuring all documentation related to orders is properly documented and archived (quotation, PO, SO, invoice, LR, etc.). - Managing cross-team coordination between departments (accounts, production, stores, and dispatch) to ensure smooth order execution. - Maintaining customer relationship management by sharing updates, feedback, and follow-ups for repeat orders. - Upholding data security and confidentiality, and adhering to the HR Policy. - Providing reports to the RM and CMO on a timely basis. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation (Engineering preferred) - 1-3 years of experience in Sales coordination - Understanding of Sales Operations, CRM Tool, MS-Office, Basic ERP knowledge - Strong skills in Communication, Coordination, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation Join us in this dynamic work environment where you will play a vital role in sales coordination and customer relationship management within the conveyor chain industry.,
