Sales Coordinator-Female

As a Sales Coordinator, your role will involve acting as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating communication and coordination between sales representatives, customers, and other stakeholders. - Coordinating with Purchase, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to guarantee timely delivery of products or services. - Ensuring proper usage of the CRM system by maintaining accurate data entry, performing regular updates, and upholding data integrity. - Facilitating approvals from stakeholders regarding credit, refunds, and returns. - Interacting with customers through phone, email, or in-person to provide information about products, services, pricing, and order status. - Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. - Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations. - Maintaining and updating customer and sales-related databases, including contact information, sales activities, and order history while ensuring proper documentation filing and organization. Additionally, you will be expected to assist in post-sales activities like follow-up calls or emails to gather feedback, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. You will also generate regular sales reports for management evaluation, maintain quality service standards, and contribute to team efforts. Staying informed about market trends, collaborating with the showroom team, sharing best practices, and participating in sales meetings and training sessions are also part of your responsibilities. In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
